We offer two types of ‘hand-off” accounting services.

First, the “After-The-Fact” service. You submit your statements to us on a monthly basis and we write-up the financial statements based on your coding of transactions. We can perform this service as an hourly or annual contract (billed monthly).



For the busy business owner that does not have time to monitor accounting and expenses, we have a full service accounting platform that allows you to submit your bills to us (automatically or manually) and we will enter them into your accounting, send them to you for electronic review and approval (through our system), and only after you have approved them, we will cut checks and pay your vendors. We will link your bank electronically into our bank feed system to download transactions each week. You still send us bank statements each month for reconciliation if you prefer or have your bank send us a copy.
